Microanastomosis Tournament Battle

대한미세수술학회 회원들을 대상으로 초미세 문합 수술에 대한 동기 의식과 흥미를 가질 수 있도록 추계학술대회에서 본 세션을 마련하였습니다.
This session has been organized as part of the KSRM Annual Congress to encourage members of the Korean Society for Microsurgery to develop greater interest in and motivation for supermicrosurgical anastomosis.

  • 참가 대상 : 전공의 및 전임의(임상강사)
  • 개인전으로 진행하고 각 교실(의국) 별로 최대 2명 까지 신청 가능합니다. (선착순 32명)
  • 토너먼트 형식으로 미세혈관문합 능력을 겨루어 시상합니다.
  • 예선을 통하여 선정된 4명은 결승전을 치루게 됩니다.
  • 승부의 판정은 완성도와 문합속도를 기준으로 합니다. 문합 과정은 영상으로 송출되며심사위원 2인이 문합 과정과 결과를 보고 판정합니다.
  • 일정 : 2026년 10월 24일. 예선 8:00~12:40 / 4강 및 본선 13:20~14:00
  • Eligibility : Residents and clinical fellows
  • The contest will be conducted as an individual competition, with a maximum of two participants from each department Registration is limited to32 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Participants will compete in a tournament format to demonstrate their microsurgical vascular anastomosis skills, with awards presented to the top performers.
  • Four participants selected through the preliminary round will advance to the final round.
  • The winners will be determined based on the quality of the anastomosis and the time taken to complete it.
    The anastomosis procedure will be video-streamed and two judges will evaluate both the procedure and the final result.
  • Date : October 24, 2026 Preliminary Round : 8:00 AM–12:40 PM / Semifinals & Final Round: 1:20 PM–2:00 PM
Contest Format
  • 시간: 7분이 주어지며 4개의 stitch를 완성 하면 종료
    (Time: 7 minutes will be given, and the contest will end once four stitches have been completed.)

  • 재료: 1mm 인조혈관 (아래사진 참조), 9-0 nylon, 마이크로 기구, 현미경이 준비됩니다.
    Materials: A 1 mm artificial blood vessel (see photo below), 9-0 nylon sutures, microsurgical instruments, and a microscope will be provided.
