환불 규정 안내 및 동의 (Refund Policy Notice and Agreement)

등록 및 입금 순으로 자리가 배정되기 때문에 부스 신청을 취소할 경우 환불 규정에 따라 환불이 되오니, 등록 시 신중을 기해 주시기 바랍니다.
1) 9월 11일까지 : 전액 환불
2) 9월 12일이후 : 환불 불가
등록 취소 후 환불까지는 최대 30일이 소요될 수 있습니다.
등록 취소 절차는 학회 담당자 ( info@microsurgery.or.kr 또는 02-2072-3759)에게 연락 주시고 취소 여부를 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.
사전에 협의되지 않은 일방적인 불참의 경우 손해 배상을 청구할 수 있습니다.
